Job description
Elevate your legal career with Flair Airlines as a Corporate Legal Counsel. This on-site role provides legal guidance in procurement, regulatory matters, and contractual negotiations crucial for the aviation industry. Become a key member of Flair's Legal team, where you'll report directly to the Vice President, Legal. We're looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of five years' post-call experience to navigate complex corporate and commercial legal landscapes. Your insights will help shape corporate governance, support strategic initiatives, and protect the organization against legal risks. Key Responsibilities: • Provide practical legal advice on corporate and regulatory matters • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for vendor and sourcing actions • Ensure corporate governance and regulatory compliance across the company • Manage relationships with external legal counsel for various jurisdictions Requirements: • Bachelor of Laws degree and membership in a Canadian Law Society • Minimum of five years of corporate and commercial law experience • Strong negotiation and drafting skills for various agreements • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively Leverage your expertise in corporate law and help drive Flair Airlines' mission of accessible air travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
