  • Integrate regulatory mandates into program planning without compromising delivery velocity
  • Maintain program‑level compliance documentation and adherence to enterprise frameworks
  • Execute performance management and establish clear accountability for delivery
  • Foster collaborative team environment with coaching and development support
  • Own program budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial tracking
  • Allocate resources effectively across program workstreams in partnership with business and technology leaders
  • Manage budget delegation of authority and financial controls per RBC policy

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 7+ years of program leadership in complex environments, with experience managing enterprise‑wide programs under regulatory and governance constraints
  • 7+ years of leading high‑visibility initiatives with executive stakeholder engagement, and you excel at scaling delivery across multiple teams and disciplines
  • Your strength lies in balancing speed with rigor—delivering agile velocity while maintaining compliance, governance, and security integrity
  • Expert‑level program management: planning, scheduling, risk management, financial tracking, governance
  • Highly skilled with both agile and traditional project frameworks
  • Background in technology program management, infrastructure delivery, or enterprise transformation
  • Demonstrated success managing high‑visibility programs with executive and board engagement
  • Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to rapidly synthesize complex information and communicate with senior executives under time pressure
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence across all organizational levels
  • Strategic thinking and capacity to manage ambiguity in high‑pressure environments
  • Coaching and mentoring capability with ability to develop high‑performing teams
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

Nice to have:

  • Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) preferred
  • Agile certification (SAFe, CSM) preferred
  • Security certification
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry

  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable
  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities
  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact
