We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for a large, complex organization with approximately 5,000 employees paid on a bi-weekly basis. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring compliance, managing a team of four payroll professionals, and partnering closely with Finance. The position reports directly to the Director of Finance Operations.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex payroll challenges, and has experience managing multiple employee groups, collective agreements, and payroll systems.
This is a hybrid role requiring you to work 3 days a week in office
