Associate – Client Onboarding (Contract)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in office)
Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (hours may vary based on team requirements)
Position Overview
We are seeking an Associate to join a Client Onboarding team supporting investment advisors with account openings and client asset transfers. This is an operations-focused role and is not client-facing. The successful candidate will help ensure client accounts are opened accurately and efficiently while coordinating transfers from other financial institutions and resolving operational issues.
