The Canadian Tire FP&A team plays a critical role in enabling strong financial performance in an evolving retail environment. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A Petroleum & Partnerships, you will partner closely with the Petroleum team to understand results, deliver actionable insights, and influence business decisions.
This role combines financial analysis, business partnering, and storytelling with a strong focus on process improvement, automation, and building scalable FP&A tools that enhance the quality and efficiency of our deliverables.
Our typical hiring range is between $64,000.00 and $106,000.00 CAD Annual. The target salary range is between $80,000.00 and $90,000.00 CAD Annual.
University degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; minimum 3 to 5 years of business experience in an analytical field; solid understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements; advanced Excel skills including Power Query and Power Pivot
