Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Associate Lawyer role based in Vaughan, ON. The Senior Associate will manage a robust file load involving workplace and employment law matters, including advising clients, drafting pleadings and agreements, and representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings. Daily tasks include conducting legal research, preparing opinions, reviewing and drafting policies, and corresponding with clients, opposing counsel, and tribunals. The role involves mentoring junior staff, contributing to internal knowledge-building, and supporting business development through client presentations and firm marketing initiatives. The Senior Associate will work closely with partners to develop case strategies and maintain high standards of client service and professional ethics.
