Our client is one of Canada’s largest truck and trailer rental companies, and they are searching for a results-driven and highly resilient Director of Operations to lead a multifaceted operations team in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role is critical to the success of the business and will focus on optimizing service delivery, improving systems and workflows, and elevating team performance across key operational areas in an asset-intensive service environment.
The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, proactive, and persistent—someone who thrives on solving problems, navigating ambiguity, and taking ownership of outcomes. This is a high-visibility role with substantial impact, reporting directly to the President and requiring an exceptional ability to work independently, maintain focus, and deliver results while coordinating with a variety of stakeholders.
