We are currently seeking an experienced Business System Analyst to join our dynamic team and support one of our major banking clients. The successful candidate will support ongoing technology initiatives, including the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) program, as well as assist in defining and shaping upcoming strategic initiatives by working with business and technology stakeholders to understand objectives, scope, requirements, and delivery needs.
The Business Analyst will play a key role in requirement discovery, backlog refinement, stakeholder engagement, and supporting teams through the project lifecycle.
