These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

• Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs

• Design configure and document SAP SuccessFactorsEC Payrollbased on business requirements

• Assistin developing functional specification for developments

• Assistingin testing process (developing andmaintainingtest scripts and scenarios)in order todiscover errors and issues in business processesdocumentationor users lack of experience

• Assistingin application support systemtestingand training of end users

• Collaborating with consultants from other modules such as Finance and Core HR

• Proven experience withSAP SuccessFactorsEC Payrollconfiguration

• Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules

• A broad range of knowledge and experience with respect toSAPson premise and cloud technology solutions

• Deep understanding of HR business functions and processes andexpertiseworking in different industries and strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project

• Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactorsEC Payrollprojects

• Experience working with the cloud implementationmethodologyand project planning (at least 3 full cycle implementations)

• Ability to interpret business requirementsproblemsand provide clear recommendations.Experience leading client workshops and creating documentation and training materialsCollaborate and communicate with clients

The salary range for this position is $112400 - $162400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
