Job Title: Sr. Technical Support Analyst with Pega
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)
Duration: 06-12 Months
Hourly Pay Rate: 53 CAD
Job Description:
Join the BRAID Application Support team within the RBC Wealth Management Technology and Solutions group. This role involves providing world-class user support to a wide variety of RBC employees, resolving issues with high customer satisfaction, and managing multiple teams and tasks efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Pega platform and Pega-based applications.
- Experience with architecture/process workflow analysis and design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge and troubleshooting of SQL, Unix, Job Scheduling, etc.
- Experience with monitoring tools and creating dashboards on ELK stack, Dynatrace, and PagerDuty.
- Flexibility to be part of a rotational on-call support model.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Additional experience with application support and analysis.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries and generating reports.
- Strong organizational skills to manage ongoing issues.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide user support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Perform system health checks, monitoring, alerting, and corresponding actions as required.
- Lead investigations and analysis of application operational failures through to resolution.
- Analyze system monitoring dashboards and logging systems to identify potential issues.
- Ensure the production and maintenance of high-quality support documents and processes.
- Establish healthy working relationships across various IT partners and platforms.
