• Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs

• Design configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisitions (SmartRecuiters &Onboarding)modules based on business requirements

• Assist in developing functionalspecificationfor developments

• Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios)in order todiscover errors and issues in business processes documentation or users lack of experience

• Assisting in application support system testing andtraining ofend users

• Proven experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition(SmartRecuiters& Onboarding)modules

• Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules

• Ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendations

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project

• Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations)

• Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactorsprojectsfor Talent Acquisition(SmartRecuiters& Onboarding)modules

• Experience leading client workshops and creatingof documentation and training materials

This position ensures continuity and upholds our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member.

The salary range for this position is $112400 - $162400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
