You’ll provide sophisticated clients with the guidance needed to achieve their business objectives while meeting their regulatory obligations.
Position Requirements:
We will also consider candidates with a minimum of 3 years of general corporate and securities law gained from a leading Canadian or international law firm who are looking to specialize in this area.

Compensation:
Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including year of call, job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
