Associate, FX & Money Market Sales

Salary: $83,000 to $109,000 annually, based on experience.

About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading global financial services organization, is looking for an early-career professional to join its Treasury and Global Markets team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in Foreign Exchange (FX) and financial markets who wants to broaden their experience across treasury, liquidity management, client relationships, and process improvement.

Working as part of a collaborative, close-knit team, you'll partner with experienced professionals who believe in sharing knowledge and providing exposure beyond a traditional siloed role. You'll support corporate clients with FX and Money Market products while also contributing to treasury operations, internal reporting, and automation initiatives that improve how the team works every day.

Your Responsibilities

• You'll support corporate clients with Foreign Exchange transactions and short-term Money Market products, including deposits, repo, and treasury instruments.
• You'll assist with treasury activities such as cash management, liquidity reporting, balance sheet analysis, and funding support.
• You'll reconcile trades, positions, and cash while ensuring timely and accurate internal reporting.
• You'll collaborate with colleagues across treasury, operations, and global teams to deliver exceptional client service.
• You'll identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational processes using VBA, SQL, Python, or similar tools.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Global Markets, Treasury, Financial Markets, Banking, or a related environment
• Foundational knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX) is required. Exposure to Money Markets or Fixed Income products is an asset.
• Experience with VBA, SQL, Python, or other automation tools used to improve reporting and operational processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
