Engineering Manager – CAD150,000–CAD165,000 – Toronto (Remote)

You will join a growing, engineering-led organization delivering advanced HVAC, refrigeration, controls, and building-system solutions across North America. The business is investing in its engineering capability and needs a strong leader who can bring structure, consistency, and fresh thinking to the team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a multidisciplinary engineering function supporting complex HVAC, refrigeration, controls, and building systems.
As Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of controls and mechanical engineers across existing product improvements, new product development, and custom customer solutions.
You will balance technical leadership with people management and hands‑on project execution. Your focus will be on creating clear priorities, improving engineering processes, and ensuring every project is properly designed, documented, and ready for the field.
This is a remote position, with preference given to candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area.
