Position Overview
Our client is a fast-growing Canadian Credit Union embarking on a significant transformation as it enters its next phase of growth. Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer will lead one of the organization's most significant strategic initiatives, the comprehensive transformation of its banking technology platform. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of a new core banking ecosystem, including core banking, lending and digital banking platforms, while leading organizational change throughout the implementation. Following this transformation, the COO will assume responsibility for building and scaling the operational infrastructure required to support the organization's aggressive growth strategy, including new products, and increasing operational capacity.
This role is ideal for a hands-on financial services operations leader who has successfully delivered complex transformation initiatives and is driven by the opportunity to scale a modern financial institution.
