At Doppel, we believe flexibility fuels great work. While most of our team works fully remote, our engineers tap into the best of both worlds - remote focus time and three days of in-person collaboration in our New York or San Francisco offices.
I feel lucky to dig into tough technical problems every single day. The systems we build have to scale, adapt quickly, and stay ahead of constantly evolving threats, which makes the work both challenging and exciting. The pace is fast but the focus is always on impact of our mission to make the internet safer. I've also grown quickly, starting as a founding engineer, stepping into a Tech Lead Manager role, and now serving as an Engineering Manager. Leadership has consistently valued my perspective and given me the space to develop as a leader in my own right. At Doppel, we celebrate wins together, and every success feels like a shared victory.
