Head of Payment Service Providers About the Company A globally recognized market leader in iGaming. Industry Gambling & Casinos Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to take on a pivotal role in owning and driving the global payments strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading commercial negotiations, pricing reviews, and contract renewals with a variety of payment partners, including PSPs, acquirers, gateways, and alternative payment methods. This hands-on position requires a deep understanding of global payment ecosystems, particularly within high-risk industries such as gaming, gambling, fintech, and crypto. The role involves not only managing existing relationships but also identifying and onboarding new PSPs to enhance coverage, conversion, and redundancy. The Head of PSPs will also be instrumental in driving the optimization of processing costs, approval rates, and payment success metrics, as well as leading automation initiatives across payment operations. Applicants for the Head of Payment Service Providers role at the company should have a proven track record in improving payment performance, coverage, and provider diversification. Strong leadership experience is essential, as is the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, product, compliance, risk, treasury, and technology. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing PSPs directly, a strong commercial negotiation background, and a hands-on approach to day-to-day execution. Experience in both regulated and challenging international payment markets, as well as a background in leveraging automation and AI within payment operations, is highly valued.
