We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and support scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and MongoDB, with exposure to .NET and Java modernization initiatives. The role requires hands-on development, technical leadership, cloud-native application development, and collaboration within Agile teams to deliver modern digital solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Build responsive and reusable front-end components using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services using Node.js and Express.js.
Design, optimize, and manage MongoDB databases and data models.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to application modernization initiatives.
Support modernization of legacy .NET and Java applications where required.
Develop secure, high-performance, and maintainable applications following coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native deployments.
Monitor application health using observability and monitoring tools.
Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while maintaining security and quality standards.
8+ years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, Node.js, and Express.js.
Experience developing GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
Strong expertise in MongoDB and NoSQL database design.
Familiarity with SQL databases.
Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), APIM, Terraform, and MongoDB Atlas.
Experience with Git, GitHub, branching strategies, and pull request workflows.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic and Moogsoft.
Exposure to .NET and Java applications for modernization projects.
Knowledge of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and application scalability.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile environments.
