Job description

Summary:

Transactional lawyers at the world’s top firms spend hours benchmarking deal terms that Noetica answers in seconds. With 1.5B+ indexed terms from 3M+ corporate debt, M&A, and securities transactions, Noetica gives lawyers at Am Law 200 firms an analytical edge that simply doesn’t exist anywhere else. And that’s just the start.

As Senior Product Manager for Noetica Legal Benchmarking, you will own the core product used by some of the most demanding legal professionals in the world, and evolve it into something even more powerful. This means expanding the product internationally and building the integrations that embed Noetica into the way lawyers actually work. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the heart of TR’s legal AI strategy.

About the Role:

  • Own core benchmarking. Own the roadmap for Noetica’s core legal benchmarking product—term search, deal analytics, market outlier identification—continuously raising the bar on depth, accuracy, and speed.

  • Expand into new markets. Lead the expansion of Noetica into new legal markets, starting with Canada and the UK—defining the MVP for each, identifying content and data gaps, and working with Practical Law and Westlaw teams to accelerate delivery.

  • Deepen workflow integration. Build the DMS integrations (iManage, NetDocuments) and Firm Library capabilities that make Noetica a seamless part of lawyers’ existing workflows rather than a separate tool.

  • Stay close to customers. Run ongoing customer discovery with transactional attorneys—validate use cases, surface unmet needs, and feed findings directly into roadmap decisions.

  • Drive outcomes. Track and deliver against Noetica’s growth targets: a 5x increase in ARR (from $6M toward $29M), growing MAU, and a measurable uplift to CoCounsel NPS.

About You:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS, legal tech, or data/analytics environment

  • Experience building products for high-stakes professional users—lawyers, bankers, or equivalent—who have little tolerance for inaccuracy or friction

  • Comfort working with data-intensive products: you understand what it takes to ingest, structure, and surface large datasets in ways that create real analytical value

  • A track record of shipping integrations and embedding products into existing enterprise workflows

  • Familiarity with transactional legal practice—M&A, corporate debt, securities—or a strong desire to develop it fast

  • Clear, confident communication with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
