The successful candidate will be a senior academic leader with a terminal degree in business, commerce, or a related discipline, and relevant professional certifications. This role is pivotal in shaping innovative, career-focused business education, with a strong emphasis on student success, faculty excellence, and program quality. The Associate Dean will be responsible for curriculum design, faculty engagement, student success, and research initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of academic governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. They will also provide strategic academic leadership, operational oversight, and foster collaboration across disciplines to enhance student outcomes and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in postsecondary administration, including program development, accreditation processes, and the implementation of strategic priorities. Experience in fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, integrating industry perspectives into program development, and a commitment to learner-centered education are essential. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to recruit and retain diverse faculty, and a dedication to promoting a culture of academic rigor, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
