This individual will support our growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE practice. This is an excellent opportunity if you are a self-starter who likes to take initiative in planning and implementing innovative ideas. The overall objective of this position is to provide a positive impact on helping our Microsoft Dynamics CE team service our growing base of clients.

Our Dynamics teams also benefit from a wealth of expertise around them within RSM that enhances the value we provide customers whether that be from our Microsoft MVPs. Industry experts Tax specialists or Managed Technology and Application services teams.

We are looking for Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultants who are looking for an opportunity to advance their career and help support our growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE practice and service our growing base of clients!

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
• Create design documentation
• Take an active role in the development of the D365 CE system
• Work well with team members clients and other vendors
• Be the Go To resource for client interactions
• Participate in the Agile and/or Microsoft SureStep Iterative Methodologies

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology MIS or other related business fields
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus
• Experience with Scribe a plus
• SQL Server Reporting Services a plus
• Experience with Field Service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner and develop strong working relationships with clients.
• Relevant hands-on work-related experience working in a team environment.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Superior organizational writing interpersonal and communication skills attention to details ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

At RSM an employees pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including but not limited to education skills work experience certifications location etc. As such pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $86500 - $138500

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
