Industry Retail Type Public Company About the Role The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Total Rewards to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of enterprise-wide broad-based compensation, benefits, and retirement programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that these programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business priorities across a diverse and multi-segment workforce. This role involves a strong focus on managing costs, optimizing program utilization, and leading a team to drive effective total rewards strategies. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, be adept at translating insights into actionable strategies, and have a proven track record of managing complex legacy programs.
