Head of Product Strategy and Development About the Company Fast-growing technology company specializing in data & analytics solutions Industry Information Technology and Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Head of Product to spearhead the strategy and development of a core product offering. This pivotal role is not within a traditional, mature organization, but rather in a dynamic, early-stage environment where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and scale products from the ground up. The Head of Product will be responsible for defining and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and must be adept at translating complex customer workflows and market dynamics into scalable product solutions. A hands-on approach, a passion for solving ambiguous problems, and the ability to work closely with engineering teams and enterprise customers are essential. Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company should have 6-12+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of product ownership in industrial, energy, commodities, or similar complex enterprise environments. The role requires a leader with a strong understanding of enterprise customer workflows, operational systems, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically. Experience in early-stage or ambiguous environments, as well as a background in energy, commodities, or market-driven platforms, is highly valued. The successful candidate will be expected to engage directly with customers, lead discovery efforts, and ensure that the product strategy aligns with business objectives and revenue growth.
