Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its dynamic team. The CFO will be a key member of the senior leadership, providing strategic financial guidance and overseeing all financial functions, including business and financial planning, budgeting, capital management, and fundraising. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's growth strategy, particularly as it expands into new markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling the financial infrastructure, optimizing capital deployment, and maintaining a disciplined approach to risk management. The CFO will also be involved in executive and board reporting, and must have a strong background in financial leadership, with a preference for experience in financial services, specialty finance, or alternative lending. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, or business administration, with a CA/CPA or equivalent professional designation. A minimum of 15 years' of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5-7 years' in a senior financial role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in capital raising, managing relationships with various capital providers, and a strong understanding of private credit markets and structured financing. The role demands exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and strategic thinking skills, as well as the ability to build and scale finance functions within a growing organization.
