Job description
Join a leading software firm as the Associate Director of Quality Assurance, where you will sculpt automation strategies and lead high-performance teams. This key leadership position demands strong technical skills and extensive experience in AQA, SQL, and systems testing. In this pivotal role, you will manage the AQA team while driving the vision for test automation across complex software applications, ensuring top-notch product quality. You’ll also oversee SQL database validation and leverage Azure Machine Learning for enhanced testing. Your leadership will shape the testing landscape and ensure the adoption of best practices organization-wide. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor high-performing AQA engineers • Define the test automation strategy for software and databases • Drive SQL-based automated testing for performance and integrity • Integrate machine learning for predictive test automation • Establish standards and metrics for testing processes Requirements: • 10+ years in software testing, 5+ in leadership roles • Advanced SQL expertise and strong AQA background • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, ML tools, and test frameworks • Experience in CI/CD pipeline integration and performance testing • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration This is an opportunity to impact product quality through strategic leadership, technical expertise, and innovation in automation testing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
