• Work closely with business partners to identify complex business problems to solve and provide data driven solutions.
• Analytic work from requirements specification, data gathering, analysis to presentations in order to solve business problems.
• Work with stakeholders across Sun Life as a subject matter expert in the prospect, client, and advisor data
• Ongoing support to uncover opportunities that will drive incremental sales.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of analytical and data products in the overall portfolio.
• Provide support for annual business plan, monthly sales forecast, and insight analysis.
• Operationalize reporting processes and synthesize key metrics into impactful and insightful dashboards to monitor and assess the success of the business initiatives/performance.
• Perform reporting automation, self-serve analytics enablement, and promote the culture of analytics-driven decision making.
Demonstrates expertise in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization to drive business insights and support decision-making. Proficient in operationalizing reporting processes and developing metrics to measure performance across business initiatives.
