Job description
Elevate your career as a Lead AI/Machine Learning Engineer with OMERS, a global leader in pension plan management. This hybrid role focuses on developing AI solutions that drive real business impact. As part of the AI Delivery and Innovation team at OMERS, you will play a crucial role in shaping AI capabilities across various sectors including Investments and Corporate functions. With your hands-on expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI, you'll lead the design and deployment of robust solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Your efforts will influence the successful adoption of AI in business operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions • Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for operational efficiency • Collaborate with teams to transition prototypes to production • Conduct applied research on emerging AI models • Mentor teammates and contribute to knowledge sharing Requirements: • 3+ years in software engineering, 2+ years in AI/ML • Proficiency in LLMs and Generative AI frameworks • Experience with Azure AI Foundry and MLOps tools • Strong foundation in machine learning techniques • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement Shape the future of AI at OMERS with your expertise and innovative approach. #J-18808-Ljbffr
