Responsibilities — Develop growth and sustainable partnerships

  • Develop business relationships with strategic companies in the Greater Montreal area and maintain lasting ties with decision-makers.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in your territory and contribute to opening new client accounts.
  • Position the organization as a trusted partner in specialized recruitment, HR consulting, and talent solutions with executives, managers, and HR teams.
  • Understand client needs and their business challenges to guide a consulting approach tailored to each context.
  • Collaborate with the talent team to identify, approach, and support targeted candidates according to the mandates.
  • Participate in specialized recruitment mandates, supporting market priorities and client needs.
  • Build an active network through events, meetings, and representation activities, then report market trends and business opportunities.

Profile Sought — Essentials for Success in a 360° Role

  • Relevant experience in business development, specialized recruitment, HR consulting, professional services, or consultative sales.
  • Comfort in communicating and influencing executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and senior stakeholders.
  • Credibility in a consulting posture: ability to connect talent/HR needs and business challenges with a structured discourse.
  • Autonomy and initiative to develop a territory and organize your priorities on a daily basis.
  • Human and professional approach, combined with a strong business sense and an entrepreneurial mindset.
