• Deliver friendly and engaging customer service that supports Farm Boys commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome greet and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards as needed.
• Maintain clean safe and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties including sweeping mopping and dusting.
• Ensure all shared and team member spaces are well maintained including eating areas washrooms and locker rooms.
• Assist with inventory tracking and purchasing of store supplies as requested.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures with a strong focus on Health & Safety Food Safety and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities on a periodic basis to support overall store operations.
