Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days a week in Downtown, Toronto
The Vice President, Technology and Innovation (“VP”) is responsible for defining and executing company’s technology, product, innovation and cybersecurity strategy. The VP leads the development and delivery of Company’s digital products and technology ecosystem, including product management, software engineering, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data and analytics, technology operations, and innovation. The role is accountable for building a secure, reliable, scalable, and modern technology environment that enables high-quality virtual and hybrid care, an exceptional client, clinician, and patient experience, and operational excellence.
The VP provides executive leadership for company's digital strategy and multi-year technology roadmap, ensuring technology investments and product capabilities align with Canadian market needs, regulatory requirements, enterprise priorities, and Company's global strategy. Working closely with clinical, commercial, operations, legal, privacy, compliance, and global technology leaders, the VP plays a key role in advancing Company's enterprise data governance framework and responsible use of data and AI, while delivering technology solutions that drive revenue growth, innovation, quality of care, security, and operational efficiency.
