Job description
Use your leadership skills as a Team Leader at Furever Pawradise, empowering volunteers at fundraising and charity events. Work collaboratively to ensure exceptional service to guests and sponsors. In this dynamic role, you will lead a small team of 2-5 volunteers during events focused on fundraising for charity. Your responsibilities will include providing clear and concise instructions on tasks like checking-in sponsors and processing donations. Effective communication with your Supervisor will be essential for addressing any logistical challenges that arise. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and motivate a focused team of volunteers • Offer direct instructions for various event tasks • Address supply needs and team issues with clarity • Deliver excellent customer service at every event • Serve as a professional role model to volunteers Requirements: • Demonstrated leadership capability • Ability to communicate instructions clearly • Reliable, punctual, and accountable • Strong teamwork spirit and positive attitude • Experience in customer service or public speaking is helpful Elevate your leadership role while making a meaningful impact in the community at Furever Pawradise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
