Job description

Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect - Adobe Marketing Technology to provide technical leadership for enterprise digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing solution architectures, guiding technology decisions, and ensuring Adobe Marketing platform implementations align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and cloud standards. This role requires a strong technical background across Adobe Marketing technologies, web application architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern application development, combined with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership



  • Lead architecture reviews for Adobe Marketing technology solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.

  • Develop and present solution designs, technical recommendations, and architectural roadmaps to technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend scalable, secure, and maintainable marketing technology solutions.

  • Provide technical leadership across the Adobe Marketing technology stack, including Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

  • Collaborate with marketing, digital, and technology teams to design integrated customer experience and marketing capabilities.

  • Support platform modernization and optimization initiatives across digital marketing technologies.


Cloud, Web & Integration



  • Design secure, scalable web application architectures leveraging modern APIs, authentication frameworks, networking, and cloud-native technologies.

  • Provide expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), containerized applications, and cloud-based solution architectures.

  • Partner with development teams to ensure solution designs are practical, scalable, and aligned with engineering best practices.


Security & Governance



  • Ensure solution architectures incorporate cybersecurity best practices, identity and access management, secure integrations, and enterprise governance requirements.

  • Participate in architecture review boards and technical governance activities to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.


Stakeholder Engagement



  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Development, Infrastructure, Security, Marketing, and Business teams to drive successful solution delivery.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.


Required Qualifications



  • 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or Technical Leadership roles.

  • Strong experience with the Adobe Marketing technology stack, preferably Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

  • Experience conducting architecture reviews and presenting technical solutions to business and executive stakeholders.

  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, including web applications, REST APIs, networking, authentication, and modern application architecture.

  • Hands‑on software development background with a strong understanding of software engineering principles.

  • Experience designing cloud‑native solutions using AWS and Kubernetes (K8s).

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure application architecture.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience within large enterprise or financial services environments.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud automation practices.

  • Experience integrating Adobe platforms with enterprise applications and APIs.

  • AWS or cloud architecture certifications.

  • TOGAF, Azure, AWS, or other enterprise architecture certifications are considered an asset.
