Job description
Join Restaurant Brands International as a Construction Manager and drive the growth of iconic brands like POPEYES® and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. Oversee construction processes with best-in-class management. As a key player in RBI, you'll manage a wide range of construction projects annually, contributing to new builds and remodels across the organization. Your role focuses on overseeing external and design consultants while ensuring the internal approval process runs smoothly. With your extensive project management expertise, you'll handle project costs, budget oversight, and effective communication with all involved stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise external construction management consultants • Coordinate design consultant activities and approvals • Track project costs and budget compliance • Manage procurement and equipment delivery • Direct general contracting for construction projects Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant area (engineering or architecture) • 3-6 years of experience in project management • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for project management • Understanding of contracting and change order processes • Effective communicator for engaging stakeholders Lead the charge in the construction management domain at RBI, where your strategic skills will shape the future of quick-service dining. #J-18808-Ljbffr
