Job description
Elevate your career with Manulife as a Senior Associate in Venture Capital, focusing on mid-stage and growth-stage software investments in North America. You'll work closely with industry leaders to evaluate financial models and manage portfolios. In this role, you will contribute to the MIM Venture Capital team's investment strategies. You'll conduct in-depth financial and industry due diligence, analyzing software firms and emerging technologies. The position requires analytical expertise and strong communication skills, making it ideal for someone passionate about venture investing and tech trends. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough due diligence on software startups • Assess technology quality and market scalability • Prepare investment memos summarizing opportunities • Perform proactive market research to identify investments • Attend industry events and meet with startups Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 6-8 years of relevant experience in tech or finance • Strong interest in venture investing and startups • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Excellent project and time management skills Achieve success in the venture capital realm with strategic insight and impactful analysis at Manulife. #J-18808-Ljbffr
