Job description
Join WTW as a Director of Retirement Consulting, specializing in pension outsourcing and defined benefit plans. This multifaceted hybrid position emphasizes project leadership and team coaching. As part of a dynamic team, you will administer defined benefit plans and manage pivotal projects while mentoring newer associates. Your expertise will guide client interactions and address complex plan issues, enhancing overall service quality. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage project progress for defined benefits • Engage as the primary client liaison for service queries • Resolve escalated issues and enhance client satisfaction • Coach team members and oversee their deliverables • Analyze participant data and manage benefit calculations Requirements: • 13+ years in defined benefit administration required • Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative discipline • Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills • Bilingual proficiency in English and French for Quebec applicants Shape the future of retirement consulting and administration in a mentoring role at WTW. #J-18808-Ljbffr
