As a risk management generalist at PwC you will provide advisory and practical support to teams across a wide range of specialist risk and compliance areas.

As a Project Transformation Risk Assurance Senior Associateyoullwork as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the design and implementation ofprogrammegovernance andprogrammemanagement strategies

• Leading or supportingoverall project finance managementdevelopingforecasts varianceanalysisand expense management; developing management and executive reporting

• Assistingin rolling out leading practiceprogrammemanagement services like benefits realization quality assurance decision management document management etc.

• Working with and presenting to seniorprogrammeleadership within large scaleprogrammes

• Delivering and/or assessing large complex programs or projects

• Supporting Managers with responses to client proposals and drive impactful conversations with senior client leaders

• Act to resolve issues which prevent effective team working even during times of change and uncertainty

• Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations

• Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct

Experiences and skillsyoulluse to solve

• Significanthands onexperience inProgrammeManagement and Project Assurance of large Transformation projects

• Proven experience supporting implementations of large complex system/transformation initiatives

• Confident with implementing or performing project assessmentsprogrammegateway reviews risk-based reviews

• Certified Project Managerorin the process of obtaining(PMPCAPM APM BOK PRINCE2 MSPMoR Agile or Benefit Realization)

• Understanding of core project management process area (IT governance quality assurance or SDLC) project management software/tools and/or ERP or industry specific applications

• Self-motivated to begin and continue tasks committed to achieving project goals

• Ability to effectively negotiate problem solve and influence through verbal and written communications

• Ability to present reports to and negotiate findings with senior stakeholders and executive management

• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

The salary range for this position is $65600- $109300. The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations.
