They are seeking a Junior Bilingual Business Development Associate (French & English) to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is passionate about building relationships, developing new business, and learning about Canada's financial services sector.
The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in French and English, has strong communication skills, and brings a positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Previous experience in the financial or investment industry is not required — our client is looking for someone with the right aptitude, professionalism, and enthusiasm to grow within the role.

Pay Rate: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum
- Support business development initiatives by identifying and researching prospective clients and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assist with client onboarding, account setup, and billing coordination.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
- Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support to the Business Development team.
- Conduct market and industry research to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Attend client meetings and industry events as required.
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) – this is a mandatory requirement.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Approximately 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, account management, or another client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce or other CRM experience is an asset.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Interest in the Canadian financial services industry and a desire to develop knowledge in this space.
Preferred Assets
- Exposure to financial services, technology, SaaS, or professional services.
- Experience in a client-facing or sales support environment.
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.
