Job description
Shape the future of intelligent appliances with LG as a Lead Agentic AI Researcher in Toronto. Drive groundbreaking AI development and collaboratively create self-learning systems for enhanced user experiences. The Toronto AI Lab at LG is searching for a Lead Agentic AI Researcher. This pivotal role requires expertise in agentic AI systems to innovate self-learning and personalized AI technologies. Key responsibilities include defining research direction, collaborating with engineers and external partners, and translating concepts into scalable prototypes for product integration. Key Responsibilities: • Lead agentic AI research on continual learning and autonomous systems • Design frameworks for lifelong skill acquisition and task completion • Develop personalized inference controls and dynamic persona alignment • Collaborate on university partnerships and co-author research papers • Translate research breakthroughs into production-ready systems Requirements: • PhD in relevant fields with 3+ years, or Master's with 6+ years' experience • Proven expertise in agentic AI and reinforcement learning • Deep understanding of AI architectures and multimodal models • Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences • Excellent hands-on experience with PyTorch or JAX Drive the advancement of agentic AI systems and create impactful technologies at LG in Toronto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
