Job description
Join BMO’s Fraud & Controls team in Toronto as a Senior Process Manager, focusing on enhancing processes to prevent fraud. This hybrid role is pivotal to transforming customer engagement. In the dynamic environment of BMO’s Cost Optimization & Business Transformation team, you’ll lead efforts to improve fraud prevention strategies. Your role will entail engaging with stakeholders, analyzing strategic issues, and recommending solutions that drive business outcomes. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in business analysis and an understanding of regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Provide advisory support to business units • Assess and resolve strategic process issues • Develop documentation for process improvements • Track performance metrics for effectiveness • Collaborate on key initiatives with stakeholders Requirements: • 5-7 years relevant experience in a related field • Advanced knowledge of risk management practices • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written • Proficient in tools for data analysis and reporting Leverage your expertise in process management and fraud controls to make a lasting impact at BMO in Toronto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
