Job description
Elevate your career as the Director of Finance at Outhire in Toronto, Ontario. This hybrid role emphasizes financial management, team leadership, and strategic growth within real estate investment. As a hands-on finance leader, you will own the full-cycle close and lead the corporate finance team. This position offers a clear growth trajectory into senior leadership, fostering your skills in financial planning and treasury management. You will drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy across financial reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close deliverables • Review financial statements ensuring ASPE/IFRS compliance • Lead the corporate finance team, mentoring managers and analysts • Develop financial models for forecasting and treasury management • Administer day-to-day treasury oversight and cash flow forecasting Requirements: • CPA designation with over 5 years’ accounting experience • Proven leadership within finance teams for at least 2-3 years • Advanced proficiency in Excel for multi-entity management • Strong background in real estate or private equity • Hands-on experience with full-cycle financial processes Take the lead in financial strategy and development with Outhire, aligning your skills with an ambitious organization's needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
