Skills and Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field, years of experience building large-scale, multi-tier distributed software systems
• Hands on experience in cloud technologies, particularly AWS services
• Hands-on expertise with Python, Lambda functions, APIs, LLM Models, Java
• Experience with DevOps culture, tools, and best practices (e.g. - Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins, CDD)
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to assess alternatives, risks, and benefits.
• Demonstrates agility in learning and implementing cutting-edge technologies across diverse tech stacks. Additional Comments Candidates with eligibility for Reliability Status Clearance will be preferred.

• Role Sr. Software Engineer - Contact Centre Innovation GenAI This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Customers Contact Center technology and drive innovation on a global scale.
• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming our engineering practices and delivering cutting-edge solutions that enhance our clients' experience and operational efficiency.
• We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Full-Stack Software Engineer.
• This role will be instrumental in driving innovation, implementing cloud capabilities, and building GenAI solutions across our contact centers in Canada, Asia, and the US. The ideal candidate has a passion for cutting-edge technologies and a proven track record of building large-scale, complex software systems.

Role and Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and rollout of foundational cloud capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key software delivery, cloud, GenAI, and DevOps processes.
• Create and maintain technical design artifacts that describe application functionality, solution designs, data models, interfaces, and integrations.
• Contribute and adopt global software engineering re-usable best practice processes.

Salary Range

CA$ 95,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
