Job description
Lead Australian sports initiatives with X Movement in the Greater Toronto Area. This full-time role focuses on delivering engaging Australian sports programming, including football, cricket, and netball. As the Director of Australian Sports Programs, you will oversee the delivery of our unique curriculum across partner schools. This includes coaching delivery, leading coach training, and managing recruitment efforts. Expect to work flexibly across multi-sites with a commitment to promoting Australian sports and culture in educational settings. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate Australian sports programming delivery in GTA schools • Lead the training and development of facilitation teams • Manage recruitment and onboarding of new coaches • Ensure curriculum fidelity and program quality standards • Build and maintain relationships with partner schools Requirements: • Expertise in Australian sports through coaching or playing • 2+ years working with children or youth • Experience in training or coordinating facilitators • Strong communication and group management skills • Valid driver's license for travel between sites Elevate your career while enriching schools with vibrant Australian sports programming in the GTA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
