Job description
Step into a leadership position with Allied Universal as a Security Systems Manager based in North York, ON, focusing on security technology and project management. Your expertise will ensure that security systems are functional and efficiently managed. As part of a dynamic team, you will directly report to the North America Security Systems Manager. The role involves overseeing the management of alarms and access control systems, as well as developing security solutions that align with client requirements and enhance overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all equipment repairs and service for Canadian security needs. • Provide support for alarm management and access controls. • Implement collaborative operational strategies with site departments. • Evaluate security technology for enhanced service delivery. • Assist in training and developing security staff. Requirements: • Valid Ontario Security License is mandatory. • Five years of experience in security systems management required. • Strong decision-making and analytical skills. • Willingness to acquire CPR certification. • Vaccination proof required for specific roles.
