Job description
Drive impactful projects in renewable energies and climate change as an Operations Director at Englobe. Collaborate with a passionate team to enhance quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. Englobe seeks an experienced Operations Director to manage diverse projects while ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. You will guide operations, promote employee engagement, and oversee project budgets. With your technical leadership and mentoring, you will contribute to succession planning and career development within the Operations Centre. Key Responsibilities: • Promote Englobe’s health and safety protocols • Manage business operations and achieve corporate objectives • Ensure project quality and client satisfaction • Facilitate team meetings and communication with leaders • Lead resource allocation and project planning Requirements: • University degree in Civil Engineering; post-graduate preferred • Minimum 15 years in project management and business development • Experience in geotechnical and materials engineering • Strong leadership skills and ability to foster relationships • Proficient in Microsoft Office and P&L management Leverage your experience to achieve operational excellence and drive success at Englobe. #J-18808-Ljbffr
