Job description
Join Optimize Financial Group as a Financial Services Associate in Toronto, ON. This role is essential for the firm's back-office operations, requiring strong admin skills and investment knowledge. As a key player in our Financial Services Team, you will assist multiple departments, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately compiled. You will support the Tax, Will and Estate, Financial Planning, and Insurance teams by organizing vital information needed for their operations, while reviewing new account setups. Your detail-oriented nature and organizational skills will be critical. Key Responsibilities: • Compile documentation for tax returns in the Tax Department • Assist with estate planning documentation for the Will and Estate team • Support Financial Planning team with essential data for financial plans • Gather information for insurance quotes in the Insurance Department • Validate and review new account paperwork for accuracy Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience • Strong attention to detail in documentation processing • Understanding of various investment types and accounts • Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure • Full-time in-person work required Utilize your administrative skills and wealth management knowledge to thrive as a Financial Services Associate at Optimize Financial Group in Toronto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
