Most organizations lack a social purpose that would make their work meaningful. However, when you find an organization that combines purpose with the level of impact and commitment to see it through, that’s something special.

We’re Raise, and we’ve joined forces with our client Accerta, who are looking to hire a full-time, permanent CRM Developer.

They are a B Corp certified social enterprise enabling healthcare equality for all. As a social enterprise, they manage dental, vision, drug, and healthcare benefits programs exclusively for government and social services agencies in Canada. Their targeted experience and innovative technology provide cost savings, reliable service, process continuity, and accurate, insightful data that enables governments to make informed strategic decisions, reducing stress on the healthcare system through streamlined administration.

As the new CRM Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, configuration, maintenance, customization, test and deployment of CRM solutions.

Accountabilities:

  • Work directly with business stakeholders to understand operational processes, gather and clarify requirements, identify pain points, and translate business needs into practical CRM solutions.
  • Partner with Product Owners and business teams to validate solution designs, confirm expected outcomes, support UAT activities, and ensure delivered CRM functionality aligns with business requirements.
  • Work with business teams, Product Owners, software developers, QA, data, infrastructure, and technical teams to produce CRM solution designs and technical specifications.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, dashboards, security roles, and model-driven apps.
  • Develop, maintain, and support Dataverse components, plugins, custom workflow activities, Power Automate flows, and related Power Platform solutions.
  • Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and internal applications, external systems, APIs, Azure services, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Create and maintain reliable, scalable, secure, and well-documented CRM customizations and extensions.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and translate business processes into functional and technical CRM designs.
  • Support CRM-related production issues, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Work effectively with QA teams to support testing, troubleshoot issues, validate releases, and resolve defects in development, UAT, and production environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, solution reviews, change control, release planning, and deployment activities.
  • Create and maintain technical specifications, test plans, data migration specifications, integration documentation, and support documentation.
  • Support CRM security, access control, data integrity, auditability, and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to development standards, reusable components, documentation practices, and knowledge sharing across the IT team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Details:

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hybrid work model that blends remote work with planned in-office days. You will be required to visit the Toronto office a couple of times a month. Schedules will be determined in partnership between individuals, managers, and the team.

Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package and a Defined Benefit Pension Plan starting from your first day. Other perks include vacation time, a performance-based bonus, and a one-time home office allowance.
