Job description
Elevate your consulting career with Sia as a Consultant focusing on service design and business transformation in downtown Toronto. Collaborate with teams to drive impactful client solutions. We are seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to enhance our Toronto office. This role emphasizes service design and experience consulting while supporting various digital transformation initiatives. You will leverage your skills to conduct user research, analyze data, and lead workshops that shape strategic recommendations for clients. Key Responsibilities: • Lead discovery activities with stakeholders and users • Apply service and human-centered design approaches • Analyze insights to develop actionable client recommendations • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Prepare high-quality presentations and executive deliverables Requirements: • 3 to 7 years of relevant consulting experience • Proven expertise in service design and digital transformation • Strong communication and analytical abilities • Experience with AI adoption in consulting contexts • Based in the Greater Toronto Area, able to work onsite Join Sia to make a difference in service design and drive positive client outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
