Job description
Furever Pawradise seeks a Media and Brand Team Leader in Toronto to guide creative teams. This role emphasizes strong leadership and clear communication while managing event coverage. In this dynamic role, you will lead a specialized crew, directing photographers or sales staff during events like fursuit parades. Your focus on providing creative guidance, coupled with effective communication, will ensure project success. You will also be responsible for managing cash and end-of-shift reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals • Provide clear creative or operational directions to team members • Ensure proper supplies and equipment are always available • Relay team progress and challenges to the Supervisor • Oversee cash management during merchandise booth shifts Requirements: • Demonstrated leadership skills in a creative environment • Expertise relevant to the team's focus area • Dependable with a strong commitment to quality outcomes • Effective communication for feedback and direction • Experience in cash management or directing small shoots Use your creative leadership to champion Furever Pawradise's mission of empowerment and community creativity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
