Job description
Drive marketing innovation as a Growth Marketing Manager at Speer in downtown Toronto. This role involves lead generation, campaign development, and direct collaboration with the sales team. As Speer builds a robust in-house marketing function, they seek a proactive Growth Marketing Manager to generate qualified leads and execute impactful campaigns. Your focus will be on developing unique marketing concepts, tracking performance, and refining messaging based on analytics to align with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: • Build an inbound lead-generation pipeline for the sales team • Plan and run social media campaigns targeting potential customers • Develop and refine campaign concepts based on performance data • Create marketing content across multiple formats • Track campaign performance from leads to closed sales Requirements: • Experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation • Proven ability to run full-funnel marketing campaigns • Strong copywriting and content creation skills • Self-directed with a keen sense for shifting priorities • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools Leverage your marketing expertise to shape the future at Speer, driving real business outcomes in Toronto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
