Job description
Drive strategic initiatives at EQ Bank as an Associate Director. Lead programs that enhance our banking services, empowering nearly 4 million Canadians every day. As the Associate Director/Program Manager, you will craft and deliver vital programs for our Technology Portfolio. This role focuses on developing organizational structure and governance, while ensuring alignment with Equitable Bank's delivery methodology. Your insights will shape strategies that foster results and value realization.
